Installing the World Wide Web Directory
To install World Wide Web Directory, perform these steps:
1. Place the World Wide Web Directory CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.
2. Select the Program Manager's File menu Run option.
3. Type in the SETUP command preceded by your CD-ROM drive letter, such as
G:SETUP. The Setup program, in turn, will display a dialog box prompting
you for the desired directory name.
4. Specify a directory name (in most cases, you will use the default name).
In this directory, the World Wide Web Directory will place several key
files.
Starting the World Wide Web Directory
The World Wide Web Directory must be run within Windows. To start the World
Wide Web Directory, double-click your mouse on the World Wide Web Directory
icon.
For specifics on how to use the World Wide Web Directory and how to install
software support for Prodigy, PSINet, Netcom, CompuServe or I-Link, click
your mouse on the ReadMe! icon that appears in the World Wide Web Directory
group window.
