Ce qui suit est un accord juridique (ci-aprΦs dΘnommΘ ½ le Contrat ╗) entre vous
(ci-aprΦs dΘnommΘ ½ lÆUtilisateur ╗), que vous soyez un particulier ou une
personne morale, et Wengo SAS (ci-aprΦs dΘnommΘe ½ Wengo ╗).

Cet accord porte sur l'utilisation que vous faites du logiciel ci-aprΦs
explicitΘ. Veuillez lire attentivement les conditions ci-dessous.  Si vous
n'acceptez pas les termes de cet accord, ne cliquez pas sur le bouton ½

A.  LOGICIEL WENGO

Les clauses des Conditions gΘnΘrales dÆutilisation du Service Wengo font partie
des dispositions des prΘsentes.

Le Logiciel peut Ωtre tΘlΘchargΘ α partir du site www.wengo.fr (dΘnommΘ ½ le
Logiciel ╗).

Le Logiciel est dΘveloppΘ comme un logiciel libre qui relΦve de la Licence
Publique GΘnΘrale du Projet GNU, ΘditΘe par la Free Software Foundation (ci-
aprΦs ½ le Contrat de Licence ╗).

En souscrivant au Service, lÆUtilisateur accepte expressΘment les conditions
exposΘes dans le Contrat de Licence. Aucun Utilisateur ne pourra tΘlΘcharger le
Logiciel tant qu'il n'aura pas au prΘalable acceptΘ les conditions exposΘes dans
ledit Contrat de Licence.
