  1.   This is the Back-Up Module. There are identical choices for
  2.   back-up to either Drive A or Drive B.
  3.   The first option permits back-up of data files MASTER.DAT and
  4.   SERVICE.DAT. These are your most important data files and
  5.   should be backed-up daily!
  6.   The first option also allows back-up of financial files in the
  7.   FINANCE subdirectory. Since you have hard copies of these
  8.   reports, weekly back-up is probably sufficient.
  9.   The second option permits back-up of old insurance forms in the  
  10.   OLDINS subdirectory. You may eventually want to delete the
  11.   older forms and just save the back-up disks.
  12.   The third option is for back-up of the code files DXCODE.DAT,
  13.   DXCAT.DAT, CODEFILE.DAT, and CPTCAT.DAT. These should be
  14.   backed-up whenever the files are changed.
  15.   Should it be necessary to restore your data, use the DOS
  16.   RESTORE command. Refer to your DOS Manual for details.
