  7. PLOTTER is a "Shareware Program" and is provided at no charge to the user
  8. for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends or associates, but
  9. please do not give it away altered or as part of other software. The essence
  10. of "user-supported" software is to provide personal computer users with
  11. quality software at reasonable prices, and yet to provide incentive for pro-
  12. grammers to continue to develop new products. If you find the program useful,
  13. and find that you are continuing to use PLOTTER after a reasonable trial
  14. period, you must make a registration payment to the author. The registration
  15. fee will license ONE COPY for use on any ONE COMPUTER at any ONE TIME (see
  16. below for information about site licenses).

  20. Anyone distributing PLOTTER for any kind of remuneration must first contact
  21. Robert Lindsay Wells at the address above for authorization. This author-
  22. ization will be automatically granted to distributors recognized by the
  23. Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines
  24. for shareware distributors, and such distributors may begin offering PLOTTER
  25. immediately. However, Robert Lindsay Wells must be advised so that the
  26. distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of PLOTTER.

  50. When a new release of PLOTTER is issued, the files are archived using the 
  51. PKZIP format with filenames of the form PLOTR78.ZIP (where the 78 represents 
  52. the current version of PLOTTER). The following files are included in each 
  53. shareware release of the program:

  55.           PLOTTER.EXE   The PLOTTER data plotting program.
  56.           PLOTTER.DOC   On-line ASCII instructions for PLOTTER.
  57.           PLOTTER1.DAT  Sample ASCII data file for Signal Processing.
  58.           PLOTTER2.DAT  Sample ASCII data file for Curve Fitting.
  59.           PLOTTER.TXT   This ASCII file (describing registration).
  60.           PLOTTER.ORD   Ready to print ASCII registration form.
  61.           README.EXE    A handy ASCII text viewer that can be used to
  62.                         read the DOC, TXT and ORD documentation files.

  70. each user is expected to purchase it after a reasonable trial period. The

  105. Unlimited site licenses are available for PLOTTER. This means that you can
  106. distribute an UNLIMITED number of copies within your company or university
  107. for the single registration fee of $185. Naturally, when users leave your
  108. organization they should register individual copies of PLOTTER if they
  109. continue to use the program.

  113. This software is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties,
  114. expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of
  115. merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no
  116. liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the
  117. use of PLOTTER. Any liability of the seller is limited exclusively to
  118. product replacement or the refund of the registration fee.
