  1. This is the FAXHAVEN Receive processing screen help file, (FHRECEIV.hlp).

  3. You can get a hard copy of this file by entering "Print FHRECEIV.hlp".

  5. ========================= Function Keys =======================================
  6. <ENTER>       is *NOT* an event key. It behaves like <TAB>.
  7. <TAB>         positions the cursor to the next field.
  8. <shift><TAB>  positions the cursor to the previous field.
  9. <F1>  will display this help file.
  10.  
  11. <F2>  will retrieve and display the file names for ALL image files selected.
  12.       These will be all image files of the chosen file extension in the chosen
  13.       directory, with a timestamp more recent than the specified date and time.
  14.       These files will usually be received FAXes.
  15.  
  16. <F3>  will scroll backward to the beginning of the current list of image files.
  17. <F4>  will scroll forward to the end of the current list of image files.
  18.  
  19. <F5>  will transfer to the View Processsing screen.
  20. <F6>  will transfer to the Print Processsing screen.
  21. <F7>  will transfer to the Send Processsing screen.
  22. <F8>  will transfer to the Convert Processsing screen.
  23. <F9>  will transfer to the Archive Processsing screen.
  24.  
  25. <F12> (<shift><F2>) will select all displayed files for processing.

  27. <F20> (<shift><F10>)
  28.       will purge (erase) all selected files.
  29.  
  30. <ESC> will exit this function and return to the FAXHAVEN main menu.

  35. LIST FILES SINCE: You may trim the list of files you wish to process by enter-
  36. ing a date and/or a time here.  Enter date and time in YY\MM\DD  HH:MM format.
  37. Enter the time in military (24 hour) format.  Ex: 15:00 for 3:00pm.

  39. SEL:
  40. Enter a 'Y' or an 'X' in this column to select individual files for further
  41. processing.

  43. FILES, RECVD DT-TIME, FILE SIZE: These are protected fields, you may not input
  44. here.  This is the list of files selected.
