  1.      Since I don't have OS/2 on my PC, I had a hard time testing
  2. MicroCook in the OS/2 operating system. But with help from some
  3. feedback from users of MicroCook, and also running it in OS/2, we
  4. found out that MicroCook will work fine in the OS/2 VDE with
  5. either the HW_Timer to ON, or by starting MicroCook as: MCOOK OS2
  6. The OS2 switch will bypass the timer function that OS/2 isn't too
  7. happy about. With HW_Timer = ON, the OS2 startup switch should
  8. not be necessary.
