These borders I use to denote event windows. They come in handy when you
have 2 or 3 sub-windows within the main window and you need to let the
user know which of them is currently active. As always, if the box color
is > 15 (out of range) the face/center of the box is NOT overwritten so
you don't have to re-print your data just to change the color of the
border.
There is 1 pixel of black, 2 pixels of colors, and an inner pixel of
black that gives good seperation from the surrounding screen.
