  14.      DESCRIPTION:

  16.           REBOOT forces the system to restart.  By default, the REBOOT 
  17.           causes a "warm" boot, which is the same as pressing the 
  18.           reset button on the computer.

  20.      OPTIONS:

  22.           /C - Forces a "cold" boot, which is the same as 
  23.           power-cycling the computer.  Sometimes a cold boot is 
  24.           necessary to properly reset an unstable system.

  26.           /V - Asks user to verify that they wish to proceed with the 
  27.           reboot.
