  10. This is the second in my growing series of Outer Banks related cursors.

  12. The Cape Hatteras Lighthouse is located in the town of Buxton on the
  13. Outer Banks of North Carolina. The lighthouse was built in 1870 and
  14. stands 208 feet tall making it the tallest lighthouse on the East Coast.
  15. This animated cursor makes a great replacement for the hourglass in 
  16. Windows 95. I use it as a replacement for WORKING IN BACKGROUND.

  25.     Microsoft Image Editor Version 3.10.031
  26.             and
  27.     Microsoft Animated Cursor Editor Version 3.5

  29. Installation:
  30. 1-Unzip cursor and place it into a subdirectory. I have subdirectory in the
  31.   Windows directory called Cursors. My recommendation would be to place it
  32.   in C:\windows\cursors. 
  33. 2-Next, select SETTINGS from the START menu.
  34. 3-Select CONTOL PANEL from the SETTINGS menu.
  35. 4-Double-click MOUSE from the CONTOL PANEL window.
  36. 5-Select the POINTERS tab.
  37. 6-Select the cursor you want to change.
  38. 7-Browse to the directory you put the cursor in and select it. Press OPEN.
  39. 8-Press OK from the MOUSE PROPERTIES window and it is installed.

  41. This procedure works for installing any cursor you may have.
