  1. CDdb, a cd-rom audio player/database.

  5. A PC compatible!
  6. Windows 3.1
  7. A CD-ROM drive
  8. An audio CD
  9. MCI CD audio driver installed
  10.  
  11. If you are missing one of the above, this program is not for you.
  12.  
  13. IMPORTANT!!!
  14. ------------
  15. YOU MUST HAVE THE MCI CD AUDIO DRIVER INSTALLED!!! SEE CONTROL PANEL/DRIVERS
  16. AND LOOK FOR :- "[MCI] CD Audio" , IF IT"S NOT THERE, SELECT ADD AND INSTALL
  17. IT!!!

  19. Installation:

  21. Copy ALL the files in this archive, to a directory of your choice.
  22.  
  23. You should have the following:

  25. cddb.exe    the actual program
  26. cddb.hlp    windows help file
  27. cdfont.fon    digital-type font
  28. ctl3d.dll    3d-look controls
  29. readme.txt    this file
  30.  
  31. In addition, when the program is first run it creates/reads:

  33. cddb.idx    index file
  34. cddb.dat    dat file
  35.  
  36. Use program managers File/New/Program Item to add it your favourite group.
  37. Please read the notices in the Help file for further information!!

  71.   a pause between tracks (noticeable with CD's with continuous tracks)
