The images, maps, interfaces, programming and
information included in this product are all covered by
international copyright law. No part of the Axion 3D
World Atlas(tm) or its accompanying materials may be
reproduced, transmitted or sold in any form printed or
electronic without the permission of the producer in
writing.
By installing this software you are agreeing to the
following licensing terms:
1. Other than according to the restrictions laid out
below, the user may reproduce any of the graphics,
sounds, or information (the content) provided on this
program for personal use. Personal use is defined as
private presentations and reports, non-published
academic papers or public displays from your computer
of the unaltered program.
2. You may not include the content in any commercial
products.
3. You may not use elements of the content for public
display or in items which are distributed publically
(posters, brochures, etc.) or presented publically
(including multimedia presentations).
4. You may not re-sell, sub-license, or distribute the
content (in whole or in part) in any electronic
medium.
5. You may not use the content (in whole or in part) in
any advertisements whatsoever.
6. Where permission is granted, acknowledgment must be
made in the following fashion:

If you do not agree to the terms of this licence
agreement, you must remove all copies of the software
from your computer.
Liability:
Axion Spatial Imaging Ltd. accepts liability only for:
disks and documentation which suffer from defects in
material or workmanship; or software which does not
materially conform to its accompanying documentation.
Any damage to drives or components, any loss of files or
memory, or any damage which is the result of improper
installation is the responsibility of the user.
Axion Spatial Imaging Ltd. is in no way responsible for
any errors or inaccuracies in any of the data supplied
by third parties and used in this program.
