  6. By clicking "I Agree" button on the screen that appeared
  7. when you opened this demo software, indicates your agreement 
  8. to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not 
  9. agree with them, press "I do not Agree" button which will 
  10. exit you from the program, and prevent any use of this 
  11. demo product.

  14. SOFTWARE, INC. DEMO SOFTWARE PRODUCT. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT 
  15. YOU CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT PRIOR TO CLICKING

  18. LICENSE GRANT
  19. This is a license, not a sales agreement, between you, the 
  20. end user, and International Gambling Software, Inc., 
  21. hereinafter referred to as IGS. IGS grants to you a 
  22. license to use the copy of this software and the 
  23. accompanying support files in accordance with the terms 
  24. set forth in this License Agreement. You agree to use the 
  25. information provided by this software AT YOUR OWN RISK, and
  26. you agree to hold IGS harmless, whether this information is 
  27. found to be correct or incorrect.

  29. You may:
  30. a. install the software on as many computers as you like; 
  31. b. make as many copies of the software as you want 
  32. c. physically transfer the software from one computer to 
  33. another; and 
  34. d. copy this software and share it with your friends, 
  35. relatives, co-workers or others who might be interested 
  36. in having this demonstration product.

  38. You may not:
  39. a. modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, 
  40. disassemble, create derivation works based on the 
  41. software or the accompanying documentation; 
  42. b. rent or lease any rights in the software or 
  43. accompanying files in any form to any person.

  45. The software is owned by IGS and is protected by copyright 
  46. and trademark laws. Therefore, you must treat the software 
  47. like any other copyrighted material, except that IGS 
  48. encourages you to copy this software and share it with 
  49. your friends, relatives, co-workers or others who might 
  50. be interested in having this demonstration product. All 
  51. rights, title, interest, and all copyrights to the software, 
  52. documentation, and any copies made remain with IGS. 
  53. Failure to comply with the above restrictions will result 
  54. in automatic termination of this license and will make 
  55. available to IGS other legal remedies.

  57. LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
  58. This is a demonstration product, or "Demo Product," and 
  59. you are hereby informed that the complete software is 
  60. needed to fully understand and learn the subject matter 
  61. demonstrated by this Demo Product. The sole and exclusive 
  62. maximum liability of IGS for any claim by you or anyone 
  63. claiming through or on your behalf arising out of demo 
  64. product shall not in any event exceed the actual amount 
  65. paid by you to IGS for the product.  IN NO EVENT SHALL  
  66. IGS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, COLLATERAL, 
  67. EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR 
  68. LOSSES ARISING OUT THIS DEMO PRODUCT INCLUDING AND 
  69. WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, GOODWILL OR 
  70. SAVINGS, OR LOSS OF DATA, DATA FILES, OR PROGRAMS THAT 
  71. MAY HAVE BEEN STORED BY THE PURCHASER.

  73. NO WARRANTIES
  74. THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT 
  75. WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, 
  76. BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY 
  77. AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO 
  78. THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU, 
  79. AND YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, 
  80. REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

  82. IGS does NOT warrant that the function contained in the 
  83. software will meet your requirements or that the operation 
  84. of the software will be uninterrupted or error free.

  86. NO GUARANTEES
  87. IGS has attempted to provide accurate information related 
  88. to the subject matter in this software.  However, since 
  89. errors are possible, IGS makes no representation that this 
  90. software is error-free.  In the event you find an error, 
  91. please contact IGS, and IGS will attempt to correct any 
  92. error found.

  94. IMPORTANT NOTE: This software has been developed for 
  95. entertainment purposes only.  It is not designed to 
  96. guarantee success of any kind whatsoever at any gambling 
  97. establishment.  Therefore, IGS cannot be held liable for 
  98. any losses of money or losses of any other kind incurred 
  99. as a result of the use of this software.

  101. GENERAL
  102. This Agreement is the entire Agreement between you and 
  103. IGS and supersedes any other communications, 
  104. advertisements, or understandings, with respect to the 
  105. demo software and it's documentation and shall be governed
  106. by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal 
  107. laws.
