Unzip all files together into any directory, then run wrdtriss.exe
NOTES ON THE GAME -
On slower machines, the fast and medium speeds may appear to be the same quickness. This is because the routines are outlasting the programmed delay for these speeds.
To optimize game speed, the keyboard response rates can be changed. To do this, go to your control panel and click on the keyboard icon. Set the Repeat Delay to Short and the Repeat Rate to Fast. These settings can be permanent, since they don't interfere with typing.
Any of the wav files can be changed to different sounds. Simply save over the old file with a new file. Just make sure that you don't change the file name of the wav.
The Visual Basic Library, VB40016.dll, is required to run this game. Most machines already have this file. If you don't have this file, you can download it from a link on my homepage, or almost any other major shareware site, such as shareware.com. After downloading, place this file in your windows directory.
This demo version runs for 45 seconds. For information on ordering the full version, see register.txt
The demo version may be distributed freely with all files intact, without any modification.
