  1. End User License Agreement For DreamUp Shareware Version 2.0
  2.  
  3. This license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an 
  4. individual or a single entity) and DreamSoft, Inc. for the use of 
  5. DreamUp Shareware Version 2.0 ("SOFTWARE" or "SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
  6.  
  7. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international 
  8. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and 
  9. treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
  10.  
  11. LICENSE GRANT

  13. This agreement gives you the following rights:

  16.     - You may use the SOFTWARE for 30 days for evaluation purposes.
  17.  
  18.         - If after 30 days, you wish to continue using the SOFTWARE you
  19.           must purchase a registered version of the SOFTWARE.
  20.  
  21.     - You may redistribute the SOFTWARE as long as you distribute 
  22.           the whole installation package as you received it.

  25. LIMITATIONS
  26.  
  27.     - You may not reverse engineer, dissassemble or decompile the 
  28.       SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  29.  
  30.     - The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is intended for personal use and may not
  31.       be used for commercial or professional purposes.
  32.  
  33.     - DreamSoft, Inc. may terminate this license agreement if you
  34.       fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
  35.  
  36.     - The SOFTWARE PRODUCT does not replace professional psychological
  37.       or psychiatric services. If expert psychological or psychiatric 
  38.       help is needed, the services of a qualified professional should
  39.       be sought.
