  3.     The Directory,    a full-color  catalog describing  Personally
  4.     Developed  Software  for IBM  Personal    Computers,  features
  5.     affordable PC programs.

  7.     The  software products    listed    in  The Directory  represent
  8.     quality  programs exclusively  marketed  and distributed  by
  9.     IBM,  which  provide  low-end    functional  capabilities  at
  10.     attractive,  competitive prices.   Certain  programs in  the
  11.     Directory can be purchased in groups at prices substantially
  12.     lower than those of individual products.

  14.     Personally developed software has  on-line documentation and
  15.     generic  packaging that  make  it  possible to    keep  prices
  16.     low.Each program listed in The    Directory contains a minimum
  17.     configuration statement.

  19.     The first issue of The Directory features 36 programs in the
  20.     categories of education,  entertainment, personal productiv-
  21.     ity and business. Prices begin at $14.95, and  over half the
  22.     products are priced at $19.95 or less.

  24.     The Directory is  available at no charge  until December 31,
  25.     1984, thereafter by subscription. A one-year subscription is
  26.     $10 for three issue; single issues are $4.
