  29. The Saturne Party 5 will start on Friday, 31st of October 1997 at 10:00am
  30. and will end on Sunday, 2nd of November at about 2:00pm.

  37. This demo-party will be held in Chelles,-FRANCE- ,a town situated at
  38. about 15kms East from Paris.
  39. Very easy to reach, important and free parking.
  40. Addy of the party place:
  41.         Centre Culturel de Chelles
  42.         place des Martyrs de Chateaubriant
  43.         77500 Chelles
  44.         France!
  45. The main room offers place for more than 1,000 people and offers a lot of
  46. facilities like WC's, showers and public phones at the nearby.
  47. There will be another room, silent and confortable, for sleeping (don't
  48. forget your sleeping bag!).
  49. A bar will be open 24 hours a day with sandwiches, pizzas, sodas, etc.
  50. at very low prices.
  51. An information-point will try to answer to all your questions and problems
  52. during the party.
  53. You can also give your Demos to be showed on the giant screen.
  54. A computer dealer will be here to offer you hardware and software
  55. (disks, hard drives, cd-rom drives, etc.) at nice prices.

  70. Amiga Demos:
  71.         A1200, accel. card with a 68060 at 50MHz, 8Mb of Fast Memory
  72. PC Demos:
  73.         Pentium 133MHz, 8Mb of ram, Soundblaster or Gravis sound card,
  74.         max. video resolution is 640x480
  75. 64Kb Intros:
  76.         The same rules than for the demos, but file lenght limited to 64Kb
  77.         One competition for PC and Amiga!!!
  78. Graphics:
  79.         2 separated competitions : drawing and raytracing
  80.         Drawing : max. resolution is 640x512 with 256 colors
  81.         Raytracing : max. resolution is 640x512 with 16M colors
  82. Music:
  83.         Module with 4 to 32 voices, all file formats who can be played
  84.     by Cubic Player (Protracker, XM, S3M, etc.)
  85. Wild Compo:
  86.         All Computers (Falcon, SGI, etc.) and videos (VHS, S-VHS)
  87. Networking Games:
  88.         Awarded competition, probably with Duke Nukem 3D.
  89.  
  90. Each people must be present at the party place to vote for the competitions.
  91. You'll be asked to vote after each competition.
  92. There'll be 3 winners in each competition, each winning a proportionnal
  93. amount of cash depending on the number entries.

  100. All competitors have to be present at the party place.
  101. Only one demo and one intro per coder.
  102. Only one picture per artist.
  103. Only one module per musician.
  104. There will be selections for all competitions, made by the organisers.
  105. All productions will be showed after the competitions, even if they have
  106. not been selected.

  108. You are entirely responsible of all your materials !
  109. All illegal software is forbidden !

  111. Smoking, alcohol and drugs are not allowed inside the party place !
  112. Don't come with a too loud sound equipment,you will be forced 
  113. to shut it down !
  114. Cooking is not allowed inside the party place !

  130. By plane :
  131.         From Roissy-Charlles De Gaulle or Orly airports, take a bus to the
  132.         East Station (Paris), then follow the "By train" indications.
  133. By train :
  134.         From all stations in Paris, but East Station, take the subway to the
  135.         East Station.
  136.         From the East Station, take a train to "Chelles-Gournay", then follow
  137.         the signs to the "Saturne Party" (5 minutes walk).
  138. By car :
  139.         From Lille, take the A1 Higway to "Paris". Follow the A104 
  140.     one to "Metz/Nancy", then go out at Chelles and follow the
  141.         signs.
  142.         From Metz/Nancy, take the A4 Highway to "Paris". Follow the A104
  143.      one to "Lille", then go out at Chelles and follow the signs.
  144.         From Bordeaux, take the A10 Highway to "Paris". Follow the
  145.         A104 one to "Lille", then go out at Chelles and follow the signs.
  146.         From Lyon, take the A6 Highway to "Paris". Follow the A104 one to 
  147.     "Lille", then go out at Chelles and follow the signs.
