This patch causes Animate to tell afterstep to wait to continue until
Animate is done drawing.  This allows Animate to draw the animation between
the time the window disappears and the icon appears and vice versa.  It
looks real spiffy, so try it out and tell me how it goes.  It requires the
patch as-10pre2-locking.patch to work.

To apply this patch:
.../modules/Animate-1.3$ patch -p1 < ../Animate-1.3-locking.patch
...
.../modules/Animate-1.3$ xmkmf
...
.../modules/Animate-1.3$ make
