  1.     End User License Agreement for Absolute HTML Compressor

  3. IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY:
  4. This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement
  5. between you (either an individual or a single entity) and THE
  6. AUTHOR for the software product identified above, which
  7. includes computer software and may include online or
  8. electronic documentation (SOFTWARE PRODUCT or SOFTWARE). By
  9. installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  10. you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do
  11. not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not
  12. authorized to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  14. Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well
  15. as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect the
  16. SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  18. GRANT OF LICENSE
  19. This EULA grants you the following rights:

  22. You may install SOFTWARE PRODUCT on any number of computers.

  24. This software is being distributed as Freeware. It may be
  25. freely used, copied and distributed as long as it is not sold,
  26. and all original files are included, including this license.

  28. RESTRICTIONS
  29. You must maintain all copyright notices on all copies of the
  30. SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  31.  
  32. You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  33.  
  34. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
  35. SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such
  36. activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
  37. notwithstanding this limitation.

  39. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of
  40. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  42. TERMINATION
  43. THE AUTHOR may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with
  44. the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must
  45. destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  47. COPYRIGHT
  48. All title and copyrights and intellectual property rights in
  49. and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any copies thereof are owned
  50. by THE AUTHOR.
  51.  
  52. NO WARRANTY
  53. ANY USE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE
  54. MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHOR
  55. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR
  56. IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES
  57. OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
  58. NONINFRINGEMENT.

  60. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO
  61. EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
  62. INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING,
  63. WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS,
  64. BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY
  65. OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY
  66. TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN
  67. ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME
  68. JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF
  69. LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE
  70. LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
