  11.         1. Information:

  13.            Please see page 4 of DCF494.DOC file for license agreement
  14.            and section 18 for information regarding DISK COPY PLUS and
  15.            DISK UTIL PACK.

  18.         2. Order directly from DCF Software:
  19.  
  20.            Please send order form with payment to DCF Software. The
  21.            following payment methods are accepted.
  22.  
  23.            a. Checks in US funds drawn on a US bank.
  24.  
  25.            b. Eurocheque. Payment must be in US dollars. Please add
  26.           additional six US dollars to cover bank charge.
  27.  
  28.            c. Money order issued by banks, post office or American
  29.           Express. Payment must be in US dollars.
  30.  
  31.            d. Credit card (VISA or Master Card.) Products must be
  32.           mailed to the same person (card holder.)
  33.  
  34.            Payment by cash is discouraged as the author can not be
  35.            responsible for any loss in the mail. It happened twice that
  36.            the author couldn't find any payment in the envelope while
  37.            users said they did enclose cash. When this happens products
  38.            will NOT be mailed!

  40.         3. Order from registration services, oversea vendors:

  43.            1931. The price is $29.50 USD for DCF.
