  4. The order entry system manages 3 data files:

  6. Products
  7. Sales Opportunities
  8. Orders.

  13. Here you must insert all Your products   
  14.  
  15. It is particular important that you insert price and discount; 
  16. these information are used by the Order Module.

  19. ^^40^^The Sales Oppy File 
  20.  
  21. Insert here your Oppy. 
  22. Note as an Oppy may be put On-Hold till a date.
  23. If rememeber button is checked an item, remembering You to restart Your evaluation, is added in the agenda .

  26. ^^41^^If the Oppy is created in a contact or company folder the from data are automatically updated
  27.     
  28. ^^42^^Lets now look at the order   
  29. ^^43^^The Order module is divided in two parts: the order details:

  31. ^^44^^Firm Name (automatically inserted if the order is created in a customer folder)   
  32. ^^45^^Billing Address   
  33. ^^46^^Receiving address   
  34. ^^47^^The Order Items  
  35. ^^48^^Insert on the product column the product code  
  36. ^^49^^If the code is not found on the product DB you may Retry or, with Cancel, you may continue. 
  37. ^^50^^See how all the items details are filled  
  38. ^^51^^At this point You may insert the quantity   
  39. ^^52^^Totals are automatically calculated       
  40. ^^53^^Note the description field if you press the left mouse button over it the long description of the product appears.   
  41. ^^54^^At the right of the line there is a small button Prs if checked the line item is deleted.          
  42. ^^55^^To insert Shipping and Handlig charges press ALT-S  
  43. ^^56^^At this point it is possible to save the order or alternatively using the print button to print it   
  44. ^^57^^NOTE: using personalisation module item discount and item taxes may be added/eliminiated.
