  4. wish to distribute IconMini.

  8. The following paragraph is an extract from the license agreement
  9. (LICENSE.TXT) regarding the distribution of the Shareware Version
  10. of IconMini:

  12. BBSs, disk vendors, online services, and other shareware
  13. distributors may distribute the Shareware Version of IconMini
  14. with the following conditions: 
  15.  1) All of the distribution files must be included unmodified: 
  16.     ICONMINI.EXE, THREED,VBX, INSTALL.TXT, README.TXT, ORDER.TXT,
  17.     LICENSE.TXT, VENDOR.TXT, FILE_ID.DIZ, APIGUIDE.DLL,
  18.     ICONMINI.HLP 
  19.  2) It must be made clear in advance that the software is for
  20.     evaluation use only and continued use requires registration. 
  21.  3) Nothing may be charged for the software other than a nominal
  22.     fee for the distribution costs.

  50. Takes minimised icons on the Windows desktop, and compacts
  51. them either vertically or horizontally into a selected screen
  52. corner. There is also an option to automatically display the
  53. icons description when the cursor passes over it. Unlike
  54. others this does not stop normal access to the icons. Requires
  55. Windows 3.1 and VBRUN300. Fully functional shareware 
  56. - $15 (plus postage and handling) to register.

  60. IconMini is a Windows 3.1 desktop utility to compact minimized
  61. icons into a selected corner of the desktop, thus providing a
  62. larger uncluttered work area. As well as selecting the corner for
  63. the icons to be placed, they can also be selected to be
  64. vertically or horizontally placed.

  66. If selected, the description associated with the icon is 
  67. displayed when the cursor rests on the icon for a selectable
  68. period of time.

  70. Access to the configuration panel is through a popup menu which
  71. is displayed when the IconMini bar is clicked. This menu also
  72. provides for Windows Exit/Restart/Reboot functions, and a dialog
  73. to run a program.

  75. IconMini has been written in Visual Basic 3.0 and utilises a 
  76. number of functions from the Windows API.

  78. IconMini is fully functional shareware for evaluation use only.
  79. Any other use requires registering with the author, P Jakins, 
  80. and costs $15 plus postage and handling.  Registration includes 
  81. a copy of the latest version of IconMini, notification and 
  82. discount for future versions, and support via postal mail.
