  1. The purpose of Message Screen is to provide a quick and easy mechanism for 
  2. a PC user to let her/his co-workers know where she/he has gone, for how long, 
  3. etc.  This is done by using the information provided and displaying it on 
  4. the screen in screen saver fashion.  Message Screen v4.0 is FREEWARE written 
  5. in Visual Basic v2.0 (therefore, it requires vbrun200.dll).  Version 4.0 is
  6. an update to v3.2.  This version contains some subtle functional changes, a
  7. bug fix, and most importantly, the toolbar is now optional!
