  1. Fortsav - A fortune printing screen saver

  3. I saw a screen saver on a Macintosh a little while ago that instead of
  4. having fish/toasters/lawnmowers flying across the screen produced fortune
  5. cookie messages in a little window.  As I rather liked it and hadn't seen
  6. a saver on the PC that did the same thing I decided to write one.

  8. The fortunes are held in a plain ASCII file with each message separated
  9. by a percent (%) sign (that's the way Unix fortune files are laid out, and
  10. as the included file was 'borrowed' from the Linux fortune program I kept
  11. it that way).
