  21.     provisions.   All  rights  are  reserved. Non-registered users of Movie
  22.     Time! (tm) are licensed ONLY to use the program on an EVALUATION  basis
  23.     for  the  sole  purpose  of  determining  whether or not it meets their
  24.     requirements.  All other use requires registration.

  26.     Any other use of non-registered copies of  Movie  Time!   (tm)  by  any
  27.     person, BUSINESS, CORPORATION, OR GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION, or any OTHER

  31.     Registration permits a user a license to use Movie  Time!   (tm)  on  a
  32.     single computer.

  34.     All  end  users are granted a limited license to copy Movie Time!  (tm)
  35.     for the trial use of other end users,  with  the  following  additional
  36.     conditions:

  38.     Movie  Time!   (tm)  must  be distributed in unmodified, complete form,
  39.     including this license agreement, and may not  be  sold  except  for  a
  40.     nominal duplication fee not to exceed $6.00 per disk.

  42.     Movie  Time!  (tm) may NOT be distributed in conjunction with any other
  43.     product, HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE without express written  permission  from
  44.     Starlite Software Co.

  46.     Starlite  Software  Co.   makes  no  warranty of any kind, expressed or
  47.     implied,   including   without   limitation,    any    warranties    of
  48.     merchantability  and/or  fitness  for  a  particular purpose.  Starlite
  49.     Software Co.  shall not be liable  for  any  damages,  whether  direct,
  50.     indirect,  special  or  consequential  arising  from  a failure of this
  51.     program to operate  in  the  manner  desired  by  the  user.   Starlite
  52.     Software  Co.   will  not  be liable for any damage to data or property
  53.     which may be caused directly or indirectly by use of the program.

  55.     IN NO EVENT WILL STARLITE SOFTWARE CO.   BE  LIABLE  FOR  ANY  DAMAGES,
