Video Poker for Windows
Copyright (c) 1994 Christopher Pearson
----------------------------------------
Video Poker for Windows is similar to games found in Las Vegas, and hand-held
games found at Radio Shack, etc. I got hooked on this kind game when I was
in Reno at New Year's, and felt that there must be a cheaper alternative.
(Heheh... a WAY cheaper altermative. <grin>)
The game is a simple, yet addictive. You are dealt one hand. You can
discard any number of cards from that hand, and then draw. You are scored on
what kind of hand you got, and this is multiplied by your bet. Play
continues until the player either runs out of points or gives up.
I'm releasing this game as freeware. I only ask that, if you like and play
the game, you e-mail me and let me know. Please mail to
cpearson@sol.uvic.ca. Thanks!
