  4.      This program will enable you to edit any savegame file from Lightspeed.
  5. It can change the quantity of items in your ship's hold.  It can also change
  6. all resource values, mining pod quantities, and missile chassis quantities.
  7. However, when you return to your home base the missile chassis and mining
  8. pod quantities change back to 10 and 3, respectively.  This is the game's
  9. normal maximum on these items.  Items in your hold are not affected.
