- 1. In the mines you have to talk to the overseer by the northwest
- gate to get the mine key.
- 2. On the entry level, you have to get down to the lower tunnels as
- quickly as you can using the elevator.
- 3. Kill the group of possessed miners before they kill everyone else.
- 4. Go back through the rest of the lower levels and get them before
- too many people die.
- 5. When the secret door in the Old Digs opens, enter it.
- 6. Cast a haste spell on the party. Stoneskin and Improved
- Invisibility should also be cast on everyone. During the fight, get
- the Flayers first, then the Intellect Devourers, and lastly the
- slaves. Use the El's Drinker against the Devourers if you have it.
- 7. Ensure that you destroy Elder Brain as soon as the fight is over,
- otherwise more Flayers will keep showing up.
- 8. You will also need the hammer equipped as a weapon to get out of
- the Underdark.

- *** LYRE OF THE WINDS ***

- 1. The tapestry in the secret room of Alliance HQ has to be fixed,
- which can only be done by Utella of the Jann living in the desert.
- Once repaired, you can put it back where you got it from, use a
- certain item, found nearby, to activate it, and step through to the
- Silt Sea area.
- 2. Look around for the three items you need to fix the skimmer, then
- use it to visit Keign. Kill him as soon as possible and pass through
- the tunnel to the mountains.
- 3. Make a Preserver the party leader, then have him or her cast Minor
- Globe of Invulnerability.
- 4. Go up the path to the Drakes.
- 5. As soon as you hear the click, stop. Shoot an arrow at any target,
- and watch as all the other Drakes gang up on and kill the one you
- just hit with the arrow. This can be repeated.
- 6. Use multiple fireballs for the Drakes down by the nest.
- 7. Pick up one Drake for the blacksmith, and one for Notaku.

- 1. Get here by going through the volcano tapestry.
- 2. Once in the temple, read Sorval's notes in his room, and examine
- the statues in the south.
- 3. Show anything you find to Nortemus.
- 4. After the temple has been sealed, talk with Prosser.
- 5. Ask for Silvan's help to talk with Ulbin.
- 6. Get the amulet.

- 1. The entrance to the Lord Warrior's lair is in the house with the
- two Golems, next to Acar.
- 2. Kovar, the prisoner, can be helpful, in spite of his arrogance.
- 3. Talk to Jumah with the help of kovar, the prisoner.
- 4. At the Inner Sanctum, activate the portal, using the four objects
- on the right.
- 5. Once you are at the Temple of The Cosmos, listen to the Pyreen for
- clues.
