  14. After hearing of your victory at Tarren 
  15. Mill, Lord Lothar has sent runners to ask of your 
  16. assistance at Kul Tiras.  He has been overseeing a
  17. naval base there, and has been called off to battle
  18. in Northshire. He is no longer available to stay at 
  19. Kul Tiras, and wants you to take his spot.
  20.  
  21. You mission:
  22. Scouts report that a group of renegade humans have taken
  23. arms with the Blackrock Clan.  These rengades are
  24. acting as protection while the Blackrock Clan builds 
  25. up a navy.  You must dispatch the renegades before you
  26. can deal with Blackrock.  It will be difficult dealing 
  27. with these two clans at the same time, but Lothar
  28. trusts that you are capable of handling this
  29. situation.
