  5. +it to be a good place to start. I've added
  6. +two common archives: &3FB and &DDC, and 
  7. +commented out those that I KNOW contain only 
  8. +ascii text in the first place which it would 
  9. +be silly to encode. Actually, !U2 treats FFF 
  10. +as encoded, anyway.

  12. +Comment out a line by starting it with '+'
  13. +It is VITAL that the only lines NOT starting
  14. +with '+' are those that contain the entries 
  15. +you want.
