In SPICE3A6 we have introduced two new devices, the voltage
controlled switch and the current controlled switch.
These switches allow a controlling voltage or current
to switch the resistance between two nodes from a very large
value to a very small value.

The SPICE front end interface has been expanded to recognize and
process the .PRINT and .PLOT cards from SPICE2 which were previously
ignored.

The MOS level 1 model code has been rearranged and optimized,
resulting in a significant speed improvement.
As a part of this
optimization, the default value of MJSW, the junction sidewall
grading coefficient was changed from .33 to .5.

The transient analysis routine has been modified so that it is now
interruptable when running the interactive version of SPICE.

The front end 'end' command has been changed to 'reset' to prevent
confusion with the SPICE2 .END command.

A problem causing errors during subcircuit expansion with models has been fixed.

was specified has been fixed.

A rounding error problem which could cause pulse sources to stop setting
breakpoints has been fixed.
