  1.              This is The TimeLock program
  2.  
  3.  It is designed to prevent Desktop entry into a directory 
  4.  between certain times and by unauthorized operators.    
  5.  In this particular case it will prevent entry between the
  6.  times of:                                               
  7.                   8.55am - 10.35am  \
  8.                  10.55am - 12.15pm   >  except at weekends
  9.                   1.05pm -  3.30pm  /
  10.
