  7.    This program has been specially designed by our team of professionaly 
  8. trained programmers for the use of GCSE English students. To open the window
  9. or alter the poem click the mouse over the icon-bar icon or the window. A 
  10. menu on the icon-bar icon allows you to quit the program.

  12. Facts
  13. =====
  14.  
  15.           -We are a couple of A-Level students from Burleigh Community 
  16.            College in Loughborough with nothing better to do than this 
  17.            program.
  18.  
  19. Useless Facts
  20. =============
  21.  
  22.           -During the many hard hours of programming to bring this stupendous
  23.            piece of programming to your screens no coffee was drunk and no 
  24.            Big-Macs were eaten and no Apple Macs were broken. 
  25.  
  26.           -This program took approximately 1 year of hard work to complete.
  27.            (Well.. 2 days last year and 2 this year.)
  28.  
  29.           -None of our expert team of programmers come from Norway (or 
  30.            Sweden, Germany, France, Denmark, or Outer-Mongolia)
  31.  
  32.           -No use of the PRM's were required to program this piece of pure 
  33.            BASIC V on this powerful (old and now superceded by the A5000) 
  34.            A420/1.

  36. Thankyous

  39.     Thankyous go to the following people

  41.           -Hugo Fiennes for his Tracker Module which we didn't use because 
  42.            of it's high requirement on CPU time which would slow our program
  43.            down to much.

  45.           -Dave McCartney at the Datafile for distributing this high quality 
  46.            piece of software.

  48.           -Mr. Dabell for his faith in us and using the word Cobblers (would
  49.            you believe it????) to describe our program.

  51.           -Acorn for producing this marvellous computer (excellent for naff 
  52.            poetry programs!!!!)

  54.           -Acorn for their ARM3, RISCOS3 and A5000 (We are willing to test 
  55.            one) which now make my A440/1 and Glyn's A3000 OLD!!!

  57.           -BIA for something but we can't remember what!!!!

  60.            AND when is !Bananaland being released??

  66. And now for a story.....

  69.   Once upon a time there was a pink chicken with seven heads, long blonde    
  70. hair four legs and a talent for singing. He called himself Chesney Hawkes 
  71. and released a record. It was a load of plop but got to number 1 anyway. 
  72. His later releases were even worse and everyone forgot about him. He now 
  73. has a career with a circus.
