BOREDOM FORECAST AND DATA
The less active part of the cycle is proving to be much less
interesting than previously forecast, causing the highest Sour
Grapes level so far.
The active regions J.N.S. Z.H.I. and A.J.J. have remained
unstable, occasional minor storms were recorded but interest
levels were unaffected. An X class flare was reported from the
Z.H.I. region following a small fluctuation of subscription
levels while proton events from the J.N.S. region were low in
number following minimal R.S.G.B. activity.
The geomagnetic Garbage index has been high with an average of
287 even though last months publicity levels were unusually low
due to the sudden appearance of a Holiday region. Mouth levels
were moderate to high, while Brain activity remained low. Data
from the Southampton T.W.I.T. monitoring centre was unavailable.
And now the forecast for the coming months.
The active regions J.N.S. Z.H.I and A.J.J will remain in view
causing unsettled to major bickering conditions. The Garbage
index is set to rise sharply due to an outbreak of voting. Major
voting conditions are expected to affect VHF communications with
144.650 Mhz being almost unusable due to high publicity levels
and a Squabbling index in excess of 500.
Interest levels will remain low while the current active regions
are still in view.
