And now some quotes from course lecturers...
I dont want to go into this in detail, but would like to illustrate
some of the tedium....
I'm sure it is right, whether it is valid or not..
If I am incomprehensible then stop me; if i am simply wrong then i don't
think it really matters.
There are some bits at the end of the course i dont really understand,
but the students don't normally get that far.
The object of this course is to frighten half of you away.
What we have discussed today seems to be uniquely incoherent.
That is an absolute and total generalisation.... well almost.
I wrote my first program in 1954.... that didn't work either.
This is a _REAL_ integer, not just any old integer.
This is the simple form... Well... It's simple in the sense that
it leaves out all the really difficult bits.
This is obvious; But dont look at it for too long, or it will become

And now a few examples of fatigue from my vast experience.
Different may, in special cases, mean the same.
You can hardly underestimate the insignificance of this.
When you see this, you are entitled to say 'What?'
There are 9 different results in this case - it looks like its going to
be tedious, and indeed it is!
I have a lot to say about this, so dont stop me if i go too fast.
This is rigorous. Well, its rigorous in the sense that... all right; its
not rigorous.
If there is a choice, you have got to do it.
I dont see any point in talking.... except to resolve any ambiguities in
my handwriting.
Now look very carefully at what we have just proved. What we have just proved
is false.... Oh dear....
Fred has never lectured a group before; so he might be quite interesting.
Watch the board while I go through it.
This is known as the 'Toytown Solution'. Actually, there is a more
technical term for it...
