  9. Purpose: To make the mouse pointer slide around the desktop
  10.          as if it were skating on ice.

  18. This is  a multi-tasking  program that  will freeze  up the
  19. desktop,  covering  it  with  an  invisible  layer  of ice. 
  20. Because ice is slippery, the pointer cannot get a firm grip
  21. onto the screen making it harder to control.  Some parts of
  22. the desktop  will become more  slippery then others, so the
  23. pointer will move faster in these areas.
  24.  
  25. Things that will slow down the pointer are:-
  26.  
  27.                    Dragging windows
  28.                    Dragging scroll-bars
  29.                    A desktop with many applications running
  30.                    When the computer is working hard
  31.  
  32.  
  33. The ice can  always be melted  by opening  the Task display
  34. and quitting the  'Mouse Ice' application from there, or by
  35. holding down both Alt keys.

  39.       You can only have one 'Mouse Ice' application running
  40.       at once. It just isn't cold enough to get two of them
  41.       going!
