  5.      the programs in my collection, except  for  my  retail  software.
  6.      There  are  only a few retail items, and they carry a very modest
  7.      additional  charge.   Add  all  these  charges,   and   you   get
  8.      everything.   This  is  a  deal  that  can't  be  beat in today's
  9.      shareware  market.   You're  looking  at  nearly  a  megabyte  of
  10.      original  work covering a wide range; and you can have it all for
  11.      just $35.00 (3 retail  programs  plus  the  basic  $20  shareware
  12.      charge).

  17.                       SHAREWARE NOTICE and TERMS

  19.      The content of this archive is shareware: if you intend to use it
  20.      longer than a 30-day trial period, you  must  register  with  the
  21.      author.

  23.      In  return for your registration you will receive the most recent
  24.      updates of the items mentioned in the list below (excepting items
  25.      marked with asterisk).  This benefit far exceeds the value of the
  26.      specific program(s) you are registering.  More  important  you'll
  27.      have  the  satisfaction  of  knowing  that  you're supporting the
  28.      shareware movement.

  30.      Simply send the basic shareware charge ($20) plus  additional  $5
  31.      amounts for selected retail items, if any, to:

  43.      transactions  which  make  them unsuitable for small purchases by
  44.      mail  order.   Only  cash  or  money  orders  will  be  accepted.

  54.      these works; terms subject to negotiation.

  56.      Ordering Asterisked Programs

  58.      Certain  items  are  not  'shareware'  but  are,  enhanced retail
  59.      versions.   These  versions  are  marked  by  asterisk,  and  are
  60.      separately  priced,  usually at $5 each.  It is not practical for
  61.      me to fill orders for items at only $5; so  I  require  shareware
  62.      registration  ($20)  as part of the order.  For example, to order
  63.      HOSP, you must send $25 (($20 shareware pgms + $5 HOSP).

  65.      Warranty and Disclaimer:

  67.      The author, Bob Eyer, of this and all items below guarantees  the
  68.      physical integrity of the diskette covering the points above, and
  69.      will  replace  free  of  charge,  if  it  is  received defective.
  70.      However, in no case  will  the  author  be  responsible  for  any
  71.      damages  due  to  loss  of data or any other reason.  In no event
  72.      does the author's liability for any damages exceed the price paid
  73.      for the buyer's order of this software, regardless of the form of

  83.      The  enhanced  retail  version  of STR 2.8 (see FUTL below).  TSR
  84.      string and file paster.  Injects characters through the  keyboard
  85.      buffer.   Variable  control  options.   Batch and Edit modes.  80
  86.      character lines.  Can use all available  conventional  memory  to
  87.      store  files  to  be pasted.  Especially useful in communications
  88.      environments which lack an adequate text upload facility.  Can be
  89.      modified to  fit  your  requirements.   Currently  supports  some
  90.      specialised  environments,  including  ROSCOE (a DOS-to-mainframe
  91.      communications program).  14K.

  95.      Moving   average   graphing  program.   Especially  designed  for
  96.      obtaining graphic updates on stock-market activity  in  practical
  97.      trading  environments  where  it is essential that the user get a
  98.      quick graph  immediately,  with  points  of  the  graph  directly
  99.      associated  with  the  numerical and other text information which
  100.      these points represent (a feat impractical  in  Lotus  graphics).

  103.    * HOSP 2.5  - retail $5.00 (in addition to shareware registration)

  105.      HOSP  (HOST  Plus)  provides  a  simple BBS using the most recent
  106.      version of HOST as its  core  system,  but  with  added  optional
  107.      features  triggerable  by simple file detection.  HOSP has a DOOR
  108.      option and the package includes a  STOP  program  permitting  the
  109.      user  to  design a single batch file to manage any number of HOSP
  110.      doors and  corresponding  menus.   Has  ringback,  file  transfer
  111.      including  FMS option (option to effect file transfer from/to one
  112.      file list covering many directories), mail, chat, userlog,  sysop
  113.      shell,  bulletins,  immediate  file  downloading,  color prompts,
  114.      more.  Unique to HOSP is fast userfile/password logon, a complete
  115.      information services subsystem, switched private  file  transfer,
  116.      and  many  other  additional  features.   Adjustable word wrap in
  117.      message  entry  and  chat, and automatic logging of chat to disk,
  118.      providing a convenient private messaging system, fixes echo logic
  119.      bug that caused remote hangs when run from certain modems.   New:
  120.      HOSP  now  offers  automatic logging of downloading activity to a
  121.      log file specially formatted for running summaries.  HOSP  orders

  168.      size, but is by far the most powerful program of its kind.
