  2. This is version 2.1 of Arasan, a chess-playing program.  It is 
  3. copyrighted, but may be freely distributed under the following
  4. conditions:
  5.  
  6. 1. No charge is made for it, except a nominal fee for distribution
  7. or media.
  8.  
  9. 2. The program is distributed unmodified.
  10.  
  11. This version of the program is for Windows 95 and Windows NT 3.5 or
  12. 3.51.  It will not run under Windows 3.1; however, a separate
  13. version that does run under Windows 3.1 is available.
  14.  
  15. To install this program, just copy the files to a directory on your
  16. disk.  Under Windows NT, if you want to add the program to a program
  17. group, bring File Manager up, select arasan32.exe, and drag it into a
  18. program group.  This will create an icon in the group that you can
  19. double-click on to run the program.  Under Windows 95, you can select
  20. arasan32.exe in Windows Explorer, and drag it to the desktop to
  21. create a shortcut.  You can also add it to the program start menu
  22. by clicking on Start and selecting Settings|Taskbar, then going to
  23. the Start Menu Programs tab.
