  1. RFDump V1.1 Installation on Windows XP

  4. 1.     Copy win32com.dll into your \Windows\system32 directory.
  5.  
  6. 2.     Modify rfdump.properties to point to the correct serial 
  7.        port (COM3 is default).
  8.     
  9. 3.    Start RFDump by running startRFDump.bat
