  1. Short: If you have no fastmemory

  6. This  is a set of utilities to allow you to run bad software that 'demands'
  7. Fast memory, when you have no fast memory yourself.
  8.  
  9. ffm: (short for FakeFastMemory)
  10. If  you  have  no  Fast  memory, this will try to turn exactly half of your
  11. memory into Fast memory. It will flash green if it succeeds.
  12.  
  13. ffm.boot:
  14. Bootblock  version of the above. Hold the left mouse button when booting to
  15. skip  this utility. Flashes green/red on success/failure. Install it with a
  16. bootblock installer, for example VirusZ II Bootblock Lab (not included).
  17.  
  18. NoFast:
  19. A  permanent  patch  to  remove  the  Fastmem  flag  from your system. When
  20. installed,  your  computer  will  no  longer  know  that Fast memory is any
  21. different from other memory.

  23. All programs are 1.3 compatible.
