  1. To jump to                     Option-Step Forward button. If any part of the movie is
  2. the beginning             selected, this jumps to the beginning of the selection.

  4. To jump to                     Option-Step Backward button. If any part of the movie the end                          is selected, this jumps to the end of the selection. 
  5.  
  6. To play in                      Command-Step Backward, or 
  7. reverse
  8.                                         Command-left Arrow key.

  10. To play the movie        Hold down the Control key while dragging the Step
  11. faster                             buttons in the control bar to the right.
  12.  
  13. To play the movie        Hold down the Control key while dragging the Step
  14. slower                            buttons in the control bar to the left.
