  4. Although fully interactive, this demo covers only "day
  5. one" of the game's ten days. If, during play, you
  6. encounter messages like "Not included on Day One
  7. Playable Demo" please understand that you have stumbled
  8. upon features under development. You do not need any of
  9. these features to solve the puzzles and complete
  10. day one. Please check out the game's "About Screen" 
  11. (click on the Sierra Logo in the control panel). There
  12. you will find information about the full game, the
  13. purpose of this demo, and some playing tips.

  15. Note: The music in this game has been authored only for
  16. Sound Blaster, MT32, and Sound Canvas drivers. If
  17. your hardware supports any of these formats, please
  18. select the appropriate driver. If not, you'll have to
  19. wait until the full game ships in fall '93 to hear
  20. our score.

  22. Also...this demo is meant to be played with a mouse. 
  23. Although keyboard and joystick input is possible, it
  24. has not been thoroughly tested.  By the way, the entire
  25. Gabriel Knight Overture can be heard if you leave the 
  26. initial title screen up for a long enough time.
