End-User License Agreement for Red Storm Demonstration Software
Read before using Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear, demonstration version
You are being provided a copy of a demonstration version of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear for your review and personal use prior to purchasing the full-length product. By clicking on the Accept button below and installing Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear software, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the following terms and conditions, you are not authorized to use the software, and you should refrain from use of Red Storm's demonstration software.
1) You agree that Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear is the sole property of Red Storm and includes valuable copyrights and trade secrets of Red Storm. You agree to treat Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear as confidential and WILL NOT without the express written authorization of Red Storm:
a) Distribute Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear or transfer rights under this license to any third party for commercial purposes; or
b) Include Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear in any compilation of demonstration versions of software from other third parties
c) Modify, reuse, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise translate Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear or any portion thereof.
2) You agree that Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear is provided "AS IS," and acknowledge that RED STORM MAKES NO EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTY OF PERFORMANCE, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS OF PURPOSE.
3) You agree that RED STORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, ATTEMPT TO USE, OR INABILITY TO USE TOM CLANCY'S RAINBOW SIX: ROGUE SPEAR, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF TOM CLANCY'S RAINBOW SIX: ROGUE SPEAR REMAINS WITH YOU.
4) The terms of this End-User License Agreement shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and of the State of North Carolina.
