  1. How to win at the NYCrack of Dragon's Lair
  2.  
  3. This game is a lot of fun.  I don't suggest you read this text file
  4. straight through because you would lose most of the fun of this
  5. game.  Although you do get to watdch the great graphics.  So this
  6. text file explains how to get by each of the indavidual scenes. 
  7. Read each section only if you can't figure out hopw to get by.
  8.  
  9. Under the Drawbridge:
  10.  
  11. When you fall through the hole in the draw bridge, hit ENTER once
  12. and then Up.  That'll get you into the next board.
  13.  
  14. Falling stone bridge:
  15.  
  16. To get by here just jump in the approximate direction you are
  17. moving (Left or Right)
  18.  
  19. Room with Vines:
  20.  
  21. Hit Enter to slash first vine.
  22. Hit Up
  23. Left or right (away from the closest wall)
  24. Back
  25. Wait until Dirk starts climbing stairs
  26. Left or Right (opposite from the previous horizontal jump)
  27. Up
  28.  
  29. Room with kettle and slime monster
  30. Hit Enter to jump initially
  31. Hit enter just before he eats you.
  32.  
  33. Whirlpools:
  34.  
  35. Turn left or right (away from the whirl pool.)
  36.  
  37. Rapids:
  38.  
  39. Hit left or right (which ever seems appropriate)
  40. Up
  41. Wait untill the next screen.
  42. Hit up
  43.  
  44. Electric Shokds:
  45. Right (or lrft)
  46. Left (or right)
  47. Right (or left)
  48. Up
  49. Right (or left)
  50. Left (or right)
  51. Right (or left)
  52. Now quickly while in the air hit Left (or right)
  53.  
  54. Balls:
  55.  
  56. Wait for close up.  Then hit down every time a ball in front of you
  57. passes.
  58.  
  59. Falling Junk:
  60.  
  61. Right
  62. Left
  63. Down
  64.  
  65. With Princess:
  66.  
  67. Down
  68.  
  69. Close up of Crystal Ball:
  70.  
  71. Enter
  72.  
  73. Final:

  76. Left (or right)
  77. down repeated until a change
