  7. If you are a registered user of another offline mail reader
  8. such as OLX or WinQwk, please see UPGRADE.WRI.

  10. If you would like to register using your credit card, please
  11.  see the file VISA_REG.WRI.

  13. If you would like to register via Compuserve, please see the
  14. file COMPUSERV.WRI .

  16. If you are a SysOp and would like to register 10 or more 
  17. copies at one time, please see the file SYSOP.WRI.

  19. Make your check or money order out to Derek Backus. If you
  20. pay by check, your registration key will be mailed to you
  21. as soon as the check has been processed, which generally 
  22. amounts to about ten working days.  Money orders are 
  23. usually faster, but in any event expect your registration 
  24. postcard to arrive within two to three weeks (maximum) 
  25. for orders in the continental United States.

  27. Foreign orders may take from eight to sixteen weeks or more, 
  28. depending on the mail service and mailing method.
  29.  
  30. Upgrades may take longer than new orders due to the verification
  31. process.
