  1. This is WinBiff 2.0b, a Windows mail notification utility for
  2. UUPC/extended, Waffle, Mini-Host, FSUUCP, Pegasus Mail, FirstMail, 
  3. Novell MHS, or PC-NFS.  WinBiff requires Windows 3.1.

  5. Besides this file, there are three files in the distribution:  The  
  6. executable WINBIFF.EXE, the Windows Help file WINBIFF.HLP, and the 
  7. documentation file, WINBIFF.WRI (in Windows Write format).
