  30.   CDProW is a shareware package.  Shareware is not free.  If, after
  31.   an initial trial period not to exceed 30 days, you find the
  32.   software useful and continue to use it, you must pay a license fee
  33.   for the right to use it.  During the 30 day trial period you are
  34.   under no obligation to buy it.
  35.   
  36.   CDProW is not a demo version, is not crippled and does not annoy
  37.   you with messages reminding you to pay for and register it.

  39.   The license registration fee for CDProW is U.S. $25.00.

  79. 2 - Hardware and software requirements
  80.   
  81.   CDProW runs under either MS Windows 3.0 or greater or IBM OS/2 2.0
  82.   or greater.  Version 3.1 of the MS help system is necessary in
  83.   order to view the online help.
  84.   
  85.   The MS Visual Basic runtime module VBRUN300.DLL is required by this
  86.   program.  In order to save on download time, this module is not
  87.   included with CDProW.  However, it is readily available on
  88.   Compuserve along with other online services.  On Compuserve, check
  89.   the WINSHARE forum for the latest copy of VBRUN300.DLL.  On America
  90.   Online, VBRUN300.DLL can be found by doing a software search.
  91.   There is no distribution or registration fee required for this
  92.   module since it is freely distributed by Microsoft for programs
  93.   written in Visual Basic.

  95.   CDProW uses approx. 335,000 bytes of disk space for it's initial
  96.   installation.  This includes demo files and documentation.  Add to
  97.   this figure the size of VBRUN300.DLL which is approx. 400,000
  98.   bytes.

  100. 3 - Installation Steps
  101.   
  102.      1.   Make a directory called CRPROW and unzip all files into this
  103.           directory.  You have obviously already done this otherwise
  104.           you would not be reading this.
  105.      
  106.      2.   If you have not already installed a copy of VBRUN300.DLL in
  107.           your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory, do so now.  For OS/2 users,
  108.           copy this DLL into your \OS2\MDOS\WINOS2\SYSTEM directory.
  109.           CDProW also works with VBRUN300.DLL in your CDPROW directory
  110.           but most users will want to move it to one central location
  111.           to avoid multiple copies of this DLL.

  113.      3.   From your Windows program manager, select File, then New to
  114.           setup a new program item.

  119.      4.   That's all - the installation is complete.
  120.   
  121.   The following files that are included with CDPROW may be moved to
  122.   your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory if you wish.  The only reason to do
  123.   so would be if you have other Visual Basic programs that make use
  124.   of these same files.  If this is the case, then having only one
  125.   copy of these files on your hard disk will save space.

  154.      1.   CDPROW means the directory you used to install CDProW.
  155.      2.   WINDOWS means the \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory on a DOS system,
  156.           or the \OS2\MDOS\WINOS2\SYSTEM directory on an OS/2 system.
  157.      3.   EITHER means that these files can reside in either place.
  158.           They are initially installed in the CDPROW directory, but
  159.           can be moved to the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory if you wish.

  164.   Release 1.3.0 contains the following enhancements and corrections.
  165.   All of the enhancements were a direct result of your suggestions so
  166.   keep those suggestions coming!
  167.           Added Import and Export capabilities
  168.           Added right mouse support for popup menus
  169.           Changed Release Date to Release Year.  This field now only
  170.           accepts a year value.
  171.           Added the ability to print track titles on custom reports
  172.           Added Open/Save buttons on the report designer window
  173.           Moved the Number of Disks, Number of Tracks and Total Time
  174.           fields to the main Recording Entry window.  Moved the misc
  175.           key fields to the Additional Info window.
  176.           Added a View Previous button to the Recording Entry window.

  179.           Create help file using 3.1 help compiler.  Version 3.1 of
  180.           help is now required to view online help.
