  4.     TIMEZONE  (WinTZ)  (version  01.12)  is  a  program written for Windows
  5.     3.1(tm) which displays the time in the 24  time  zones  (approximately)
  6.     around the world. 
  7.     
  8.     DC0112.ZIP contains the following files:

  15.     Unpack,  using  PKUNZIP version 2.04g or later, the zip file into a new
  16.     dirctory of your choice (suggest \wintz) or  in  a  directory  of  your
  17.     choice.   Install  the program WINTZ.EXE into a new or existing program
  18.     group. 
  19.     
  20.     The user has the option to choose 12 or 24  hour  format  (Civilian  or
  21.     Military time) and whether the display is representing Daylight Savings
  22.     or Standard Time. 
  23.     
  24.     Additionally,  each  of the 24 time zone names can be changed and saved
  25.     (if desired) as the new default names. 
  26.     
  27.     Two highlighted areas are shown in the zone area.  One  represents  the
  28.     user's  time zone (which can be set by the user) while the other can be
  29.     positioned over any zone of interest for easy identification. 
  30.     
  31.     Indicators are provided to indicate if a time is in  the  current  day,
  32.     next day or previous day relative to the user's selected time zone, and
  33.     whether the time in a zone, is in relative day or night periods.

  35.     The  program  also includes a help file describing the capabilities and
  36.     definitions of the display provided.
