  17.     INSTALL.TXT, ORDER.TXT, LICENSE.TXT, VENDOR.TXT, FILE_ID.DIZ 
  18.  2) It must be made clear in advance that the software is for
  19.     evaluation use only and continued use requires registration.

  21.     fee for the distribution costs.

  64. cards from low-end VGA on up.

  66. Technically speaking, Windows uses either 16 or 20 FIXED system
  67. colors to display most of the things on your screen.  It turns
  68. out that each of these system colors comes from a big palette of
  69. 256K possibilities and it was somewhat arbitrary which colors
  70. were picked.  Better Colors lets YOU pick the colors (without
  71. "dithering" them), a capability never before available!

  73. Better Colors runs in the background as a regular Windows
  74. application with very low overhead (less than 30K of memory).  It
  75. is compatible with all Windows applications and works with all
  76. graphics cards and 16 or 256 color drivers including low-end VGA,
  77. Super VGA, and accelerators.  Works with Windows 3.0 and later.

  80. only.  Any other use requires registering with the author,
