  4. Description
  5.    MediPlay is a mediaplayer for .MID, .RMI, .WAV, .AVI files.
  6.    One mouseclick is enough - and it plays the whole directory,
  7.    if you want (when Auto-Advance is checked).
  8.    (Good for sampling CD-ROM's, MIDI-archives).
  9.    There is no need to create "playlists".
  10.    Before each MIDI song it can send an GM-/GS-Reset
  11.    to the synth to avoid undesired "soundeffects" as a result
  12.    of the controller-settings of the previous song.
  13.    Includes a shortcut to the multimedia-control-page
  14.    (configure-button) to easy select various MIDI- and Wave-
  15.    devices (if there are any).
  16.    The Associate-button shows a dialog, where you can
  17.    see the current associations of MID, RMI, WAV and AVI-files.
  18.    You can swich some or all of them to MediPlay for opening
  19.    MediaPlay by double-clicking on a wav- or mid-file in
  20.    Explorer for easy browsing in wave- and MIDI - collections.
  21.    Dragging files from Explorer into MediPlay is also supported.
  22. New in v. 1.2:
  23.    Rename / move /copy / delete Files inside Mediplay by
  24.    right-clicking in the file-list-box.
  25.    Jump to your favourite Wave-editor or MIDI-Sequencer by one
  26.    right mouse-click.

  28. Free MIDI-files:
  29.    There are four Standard-MIDI-files included:

  31.    Guitar Land.mid            Jazz Guitar 
  32.    Run.mid                    No time to look back
  33.    Soli-Jam.mid               Collection of Latin Soli
  34.    Something like Georgia.mid inspired by a well known melody
  35.  
  36.    Original used Soundmodule: YAMAHA MU80, but these MIDI-files
  37.    are fully GM-compatible and should sound similar on other modules.
  38.    These files are made by the author for demonstration purposes
  39.    and just for fun.

  41. Install:
  42.    Just copy MediPlay.exe to a directory of your choice.
  43.    To get an Icon for MediPlay just drag MediPlay.exe from
  44.    the Explorer to the desktop.
  45.    (To uninstall simply delete MediPlay.exe - you guess right).

  47. This is ShareWare:  (freely distributable)
  48.    There are no restrictions in functionality included, although
  49.    it is shareware, for the only reason to keep you in a funny
  50.    mind by using this software.  :-)
  51.    And you'll NOT find any nag-screens or reminder on startup
  52.    or exit or in between.
  53.    Result: No need to register ? :-(      (I don't hope so!)
