If you are viewing this file from within WinZIP, simply press the "Install" button on the WinZIP toolbar. WinZIP will then extract the necessary files into your Windows temporary directory, and run the SETUP.EXE program for you.
If you've already extracted the archive, simply double-click the SETUP.EXE icon, or from the command-line-interface ("DOS"), ensure that you are in the correct directory, and simply type SETUP at the command prompt.

"Cascade" is a specification 2 cascading style sheet (CSS2) editor. It is a document-based tool with the ability to export HTML/CSS files. Alternatively, the user can copy the preview code from the editor's preview window, and paste it into the editor of his choice.
